“I must be a mermaid, Rango. I have no fear of depths and a great fear of shallow living.” ―Anais Nin

  • Dancing with Life - A Podcast for Joy

  • Jessica Avitabile: on YouTube! Check out my 100 Days to Love Your Body Challenge! Starting March 13, 2021, I took on creating a 1-2 minute video that specifically—and generally—looks into one of life’s compartments: Physical space, Body Image/Vitality, Fun & Recreation, Friends & Family, Work, Spirituality & Personal Growth, Money, to name a few.

  • Fast Like A Girl by Dr. Mindy Pelz. Amazing. Fabulous. Life-Changing. How to reprioritize your physical health with better eating, more sleep, less stress, and long periods of non-eating.

  • Nia Movement: There is nothing in the world like Nia. Having been exposed in 2001 at the early age of 24, I cannot imagine a life without movement or Joy as I have now. Whatever your interest, the website can point you to in-person classes, online classes, and even online trainings.

  • Cape Chiropractic Group: I was 10 when I first went to a chiropractor. I have a 15% scoliosis in my spine and my right leg is about 1/2 inch shorter than the left. In my aim for a drug-free and surgery-free life, I have gone to different chiropractors over the years. Poetically, I ended up marrying one. If mimicry is the highest form of flattery, then adjusting other chiropractors may be a good indicator of skill. There are five other doctors to get adjusted by my husband! Chiropractors can work all over the body--elbows, wrists, knees--and give you relief as your body heals. If you have any questions, give the office a call!
