Hey, I’m Jess!
I’m so thrilled that you’re here as that means you’re looking for a way to make you life better, brighter and more enriched with the joys that you desire.
As a busy mom of three, I fully understand that life can get crazy. You’re running this way and that way, driving kids all over town to all of their activities, add on cooking, then don’t forget all the things on your to-do list. Oh, and of course, cleaning and laundry. When was your last date night? Are you getting enough exercise or drinking enough water? It can make for some tough times.
I take a unique approach to health coaching where we look at your entire life, see what’s working and what’s needs strengthening. We write some new goals and scaffold some new habits to reach them.
My background of 22 years blends life coaching, teaching Nia dance and yoga, low-carb dieting, and now how to incorporate a fasting lifestyle. But more than credentials, I bring real-world experience. I know what it’s like to juggle motherhood, multiple businesses, personal health, and still wanting to feel like YOU, living a life you love.
Life isn’t about being perfect—it’s about finding those moments of joy and creating space for yourself, even when everything feels overwhelming. Though my coaching, I help women just like you rediscover their spark, reclaim their energy, and design a life that feels both manageable and exciting.
Whether you’re looking to lose weight, find more balance, increase your energy, or simple feel more like yourself again, I’m here to guide you. No judgement, no impossible standards—just real support and practical strategies.
