Servings: 12 Large Muffins
Proportion: 3 muffins = 8 ounce serving of meat!
- 2 lbs ground poultry
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 2 tsp garlic powder or 3 minced garlic cloves
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, finely chopped
- Combine all ingredients.
- Spray muffin tin.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
